Hi, Hope you are fine. Just came across some reviews from the web regarding the above guest house and they seem to be good. I'll be travelling with my family, including a small baby (who has to be cooked for) early december and looking for good, clean and safe accomodation for my 1 week stay. Since you have been there, I'd like you opinion of the place, especially the apartments so that I can confirm my booking. I will be on official duty but want a safe and secure place especially now that I am travelling with my baby. I will appreciate your feedback - positive or otherwise regadring the guesr house. Urban exploring at Catskill Game farm uncovered some scary stuff... You mentioned USDA Citations, Well in the Game Wardens "house" that had all their bathroom and shower and kitchen that said "Keepers Only" there was, in their back room USDA Specimen Containers complete in their Styrofoam packing material and Yellow and Black striped cardboard outside. It came with Two Glass Jars each with their own preservation chemical Compounds. celery root gratin sounds great. I'll try it soon. I make a puree of fennel and parsnip. Boiled seperatly in a minimal amount of water and a little salt until soft mash if liquid is needed I use the fennel water, which I may have reduced if there is a lot. taste for salt add butter if needed.
